The car park replaces the former surface level Railway North car park on Lytton Way, which has been closed since May 2022.

The new multi-storey car park is long-stay, with prices the same as the Railway South car park. See stevenage.gov.uk/find-a-car-park/railway-south for more information.

Season tickets are available, and can be applied for via stevenage.gov.uk/parking/car-park-season-tickets, with a discounted rate available for Stevenage residents who are blue badge holders.

"The car park has been designed with the user experience as a priority," Stevenage Borough Council said.

"This includes no columns, spaces that measure 2.4m x 4.8m, a wide thoroughfare and ramps to suit modern cars, to allow easy manoeuvring. There is a designated pedestrian walkway on every floor."
