Old Town Live burst on to the High Street in 2021, as part of a scheme to help businesses bounce back from lockdowns.

In 2022, it was back, and even bigger - proving a staple in the calendars of Stevenage music fans.

This year, the festival will return to the Old Town, with pubs across the High Street already signed up and gearing to go.

An addition to this year's set up is the involvement of BBC Introducing, which will curate the line up for one of the stages, giving new artists a platform for exposure.

Two stages at either end of the High Street will return on Saturday, August 5, as well as live music taking place at many of the Old Town's drinking establishments. 

Cinnabar, The CIU Club, The Cromwell Hotel, The Marquis of Lorne, The Mulberry Tree, Old Town Bar and The Red Lion have already signed up to take part.

Hundreds enjoyed last year's event during a sunny August day, leaving organisers 'overwhelmed'. 

Organisers promise that 2023 will bring more bands, an even bigger kids zone with more experiences for families, new venues and a host of world food and drink offerings for festival goers.

To reduce single-use-plastic and eliminate glass on the High Street, attendees will need a reusable plastic festival cup in venues and outdoor staged/bar areas, which will are available upon registration and on the day.

Tickets access all venues on the day are £10, or £15 for the day and afterparty access. 

Free registration is available for access to the outdoor High Street stages only.
