A Welwyn Garden City officer has been found for gross misconduct after a video containing bestiality images was shared on a private WhatsApp group.
In March 2019, PS Steve Evans sent a video to a private WhatsApp group containing members of Hertfordshire Constabulary.
The video in question started as a normal video, but after a few seconds changed to content that contained bestiality images.

PS Evans who worked at the police headquarters in Welwyn Garden City was found for Gross Misconduct during an Accelerated Hearing on Tuesday, February 7.
He has been issued a final written warning by Chief Constable Charlie Hall.
