A care home in Shefford has created a 'remembrance fence' for residents and members of the community to remember loved ones.
Oak Manor set up the fence near the home's reception area, and invites people to remember loved ones and reflect on their memories by placing a padlock on the fence.
The home offers 64 places for residential and dementia care and has space for at least 100 padlocks to go on the fence.
Home manager Fay Gooch was inspired by the 'lovelocks' on the Great Wall of China.
She said: "I want our remembrance fence to be something the whole community can get involved in.
