Businesses across Norfolk and Suffolk have been recognised at the Feefo Trusted Service Awards 2023.

The national awards recognise brands that use Feefo to collect verified reviews and receive exceptional feedback from customers.

Norfolk estate agency Arnolds Keys was one of only 32 businesses in the UK to receive an Exceptional Service badge from Feefo – recognising its “consistent service performance, customer interaction and engagement”.

Jan Hÿtch, partner at Arnolds Keys, said: “We are very proud of our business, and we all like to think we go the extra mile to provide good service – but in the end the only opinion which matters is that of our customers.

“Every customer has the opportunity to comment on our service on Feefo, so to score so highly and receive this award is a real testament to the efforts of the whole team.

“Getting customer feedback is so important, not just to give the staff a boost when we receive lovely comments from delighted customers, but also so that we can learn where we can make improvements to provide even better service.

“We are certainly not complacent and will always strive to do better.”

MAD-HR, an HR consultancy with offices in Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex, received a Platinum Trusted Service Award – in recognition of achieving Gold standard for three consecutive years.

To receive a Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must have collected at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9 between January 1 and December 31, 2022.

“We’re delighted to receive a Platinum Trusted Service Award from Feefo,” said Carole Burman, director of MAD-HR, which also won the Customer Excellence Award at the Suffolk Business Awards 2022.

“Ensuring our customers are happy with our service is very much a priority in all we do at MAD-HR. We live up to our name in wanting to ‘Make a Difference’.

“We will continue to be working very closely with our clients throughout 2023 and listening carefully to how the landscape is changing for them, and what adaptations they may need to ensure our service continues to be a great fit for meeting their unique needs.”

Attwells Solicitors, which has offices in Ipswich, Colchester and London, also picked up a Platinum Trusted Service Award.

It follows Attwells’ recent success in winning the Client Care Award at the LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards held in Liverpool.

The company has also been shortlisted for the national UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2023, to be held at the London Hilton on Park Lane in March.

Client care partner Lloyd Clarke said: “The fact that this award is based on feedback from real clients gives us the confidence and reassurance that we are providing an exceptional level of service.

“The award also recognises just how hard our staff work to go over and above for our clients.”

Aviform, a Wymondham-based producer of nutritional supplements for animals, won a Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award.

“Keeping our customers happy is our priority,” said managing director Robin Rodger.

“As we enter 2023, we will continue to listen, understand and deliver what our customers want.”

Tony Wheble, CEO at Feefo, said: “This year has been a difficult one for so many businesses. I’m delighted to recognise thousands of our clients that have overcome various challenges to provide such high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

“The Trusted Service Awards have always been about recognising companies that go way beyond the norm in customer service and in turn receive great feedback from delighted customers.”
