A woman in her 70s has suffered a fractured pelvis following a crash in Letchworth.

At around 7.45pm on Boxing Day (December 26), the woman and a red Ford KA were in collision at the junction of Broadwater Avenue and West View.

The woman, aged in her 70s, suffered a fractured pelvis.

The driver is assisting police with enquiries.

PC Joe Massey, who is investigating, said: “We are looking into the circumstances of this incident and as part of that are appealing for any witnesses, who we have not yet spoken to, or anyone who perhaps caught the collision on dash cam or doorbell cameras to get in touch.
