You can soon catch your favourite stage shows from Baldock, after the arts and heritage centre won the rights to screen National Threatre Live.
The Baldock Arts & Heritage Centre is a charitable organisation run solely by volunteers who are working hard to reinvigorate the Old Town Hall into a thriving Arts Centre.
Last year, the team invested in new sound, lighting and screen equipment to improve the film experience we could offer.
This investment has enabled the centre to show National Theatre Live - which is a huge boost to this community volunteer-led venue.
It also launched a movie club in autumn last year, which is already proving popular.
Baldock Arts and Heritage Centre's Laura Valentine said: "We hope to be able to offer a discount on the prestigious National Theatre Live screenings as a potential benefit to members.
"We offer a multitude of different events, workshops, exhibitions, and a museum all of which can be seen at www.bahc.co.uk/event."
The first National Theatre Live show it will host is Arthur Miller's The Crucible on Thursday, January 26.
