A motorcyclist has been charged with four separate offences after being arrested in Little Wymondley.
Keelan Dickens - of South Mimms - and a female passenger were arrested on farm land near Little Wymondley, after members of the public reported concerns of a man driving dangerously through Hitchin.
The 24-year-old has been charged with driving otherwise in accordance with a license, driving without insurance, driving without due care and attention and possession of cannabis.
Dickens' passenger has been released under investigation while an investigation into the theft of a motor vehicle is currently ongoing.
PC Ricky Carter said: "I want to express my thanks to the members of public who reported their concerns to us. I encourage anyone who has concerns or spots suspicious behaviour to please call 999.”
