A scout group have found that life is a load of rubbish.
Last weekend the 8th Letchworth Scouts and Beavers took part in The Big Tidy Up, the event sees people take part in litter picking.
The group collected 28 bin bags of litter altogether.
Claire Greener A? Scout Leader of group said: “We chose to run a big tidy up event in the Grange recreation ground, as this is the local park for most of our young people and litter is a big problem. The Scouts have to help their community for at least six hours as part of their community challenge badge and the beavers care for the environment as part of their global challenge.
“They are all extremely proud of what they were able to achieve in such a short time and at we plan to return next year.”
