A planning application has been submitted to turn a building in an industrial area into a theatre space.
The application for Emil Dale’s Performing Arts School (EDSA) has been submitted to the district council for the change of use of 60 Wilbury Way, Hitchin.
EDSA wishes to expand from its current base at the Centre for the Arts in Hitchin
A planning statement submitted to the council states that the new business will provide both employment opportunities and an arts training venue which will benefit the town.
