An appeal has been launched after a parked car windscreen was smashed in Letchworth on Sunday, July 20.
The criminal damage was at around 11.30pm in Bowershott when the offender approached a red Peugeot and smashed the rear windscreen.
PCSO Martin Barringer said: “When the windscreen was broken it would have caused a lot of noise and it is possible local residents may have looked out into the street to see what had happened.”
Anyone with information can contact PCSO Barringer via Hertfordshire Constabulary’s non-emergency number 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
