Harry Worley picked up injury last weekend

Harry Worley is to miss out on a return to the Lamex Stadium.

The former Stevenage defender, who now plays for Hartlepool United, picked up an injury last weekend for his new club and is set to spend a fortnight on the touchline meaning he will miss the trip to Boro on Saturday.

The 26-year-old joined Boro last summer but ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament at Southend United in August, meaning that he missed most of last season before a return to the first team against Luton Town in May.

He then left the club this summer before joining Ronnie Moore’s side.

Hartlepool have now signed defender Andrew Boyce from Scunthorpe United on a month’s loan as cover.
