Two-thirds of those who voted in The Comet’s poll believe it was the correct decision for Stevenage FC to part ways with Teddy Sheringham.
More than 160 people voted in our poll, and some 67% believed the time was right for Boro to make a change in management.
Sheringham departed yesterday after a winless run of eight matches left the club 19th in the League Two table.
The search is now underway to find his replacement, while first team coach Darren Sarll has been placed in temporary charge ahead of this weekend’s home match with Crawley Town.
