No-one was seriously injured in a crash this morning in Welwyn Garden City, police have confirmed.
Police and ambulance services were called to a collision between two cars on Swallowfields Road this morning.
The collision occurred just after 8.50am at a mini roundabout outside B&Q.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing fire engines, ambulances and police on the scene.
One commuter said: “I saw a BMW that had been smashed at the front.
“The bonnet was crumpled.”
A police spokesman told the Welwyn Hatfield Times: “We’ve now left the scene of the collision in Swallowfields.
“The two vehicles involved were a black Ford Fiesta and a silver BMW.
“Recovery was arranged for both vehicles.
“Slight injuries were reported.”
