Stevenage have signed Jack King on a free transfer.
The defender/midfielder made 23 appearances for Boro earlier this season on loan, and has now returned to the Lamex on a permanent basis.
The 31-year-old played 42 times for Scunthorpe in an 18-month spell following a move from Preston North End in May 2015.
He has signed an 18-month deal at Stevenage and will be available for selection when Boro travel to Crawley Town in League Two this weekend.
