SMALL COMMON RICKY GREEN has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment Food and Rural Affairs for Consent under Section 38 of the Commons Act 2006.

The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. The proposed works is for permission of a dropped kerb and a small tarmacked area of 9.5 metres x 3 metres drive from the common adjoining the land of 12 Fishers Green Stevenage Herts. The work will be located on the south part of the common where Fishers Green joins Clovelly Way (SG1 2JA) this drive will allow access onto 12, Fishers Green. A copy of the application form (17/00777/FPH) and accompanying documents showing all of the proposed works can be inspected at the Council Offices of Planning and Regulation, Daneshill House, Danestrete, Stevenage, Herts, SG1 1HN between normal working hours until 18th June 2018.
