Aleks made it through to the live shows thanks to his audition where he sang a swing version of The White Stripes’ Seven Nation Army.

His audition received a standing ovation from celebrity judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams.

He said in a Britain’s Got Talent video on Twitter: “I just did my run-through on stage and it went really well. I’m looking forward to showcasing it tonight on the television.

“I hope above everything that everyone who is watching tonight gets a good show and really enjoys what not just myself has to offer, but everyone in the show tonight. It’s going to be a really good one.”

Alongside Aleks will be performances from dance group Acrocadabra, The DMU Gospel Choir, stuntman Mr Uekusa, magician Marc Spelman, comedian Robert White, and singers Rise Unbroken and Gruffydd Wyn.

The show will air tonight on ITV at 7.30pm.
