The lives of loved ones were celebrated with a special carol service and lights event at Sue Ryder St John’s Hospice.
Guests were able to gather outside the Moggerhanger hospice near Biggleswade with candles and lanterns, listening to readings by staff and volunteers.
Community fundraiser Hayley Webb said: “Thank you to everyone who help to make Lights of Love such a beautiful evening.
“Christmas is a special time for many people and we wanted to come together to celebrate and reflect on the lives of loved ones.”
Pupils from Potton Lower School choir and singers from Bedford’s Opus 18 Community Choir performed carols, and the Bedford Town Band played a selection of festive tunes.
Visitors dedications to loved ones were displayed with a candle on a tree of light.
