Baldock women are heading back to the court for slower, but equally fun sessions of Walking Netball.
England Netball is offering a modern version of the much-loved game that is played at walking pace to be easier on the muscles and joints.
The rules have been modified to be flexible and fun but involves no running or jumping. Lucy Prestedge, community coach for England Netball, said: "It's very inclusive and there's no experience necessary."
Despite largely attracting over-50's and those recovering from injuries and illnesses, all ages and fitness levels are welcome.
Lucy added: "The biggest shock is how much of workout it is and how breathless you get."
The Baldock session runs for one hour on Thursdays at Avenue Park from 10am.
Other sessions can also be found in Stevenage and Hitchin.
