CONCERNED countryside lovers can hear about plans to expand Luton onto Herts Green Belt tonight (Wednesday) at a council meeting in St Paul's Walden.
Councillors and officers from North Herts District Council will discuss and listen to concerns about the proposals to build thousands of homes, infrastructure and a Luton ring-road on prime countryside to the east of Luton.
The plan is the 'preferred option' of a Luton and South Beds joint planning committee to accommodate Government housing targets.
The meeting at New Fellowship Hall starts at 8pm.
