IT has been another year of A level success for students at Hitchin Girls School.
Donna Lodge, deputy headteacher at the school: "We are delighted with the success of our students and 79 per cent gained grades A to C with 63 per cent gaining A and B.
"The majority have obtained grades they required for higher education and many will go on to study and at some of the most prestigious universities.
"There have been lots of very happy parents and ecstatic students here today and it reflects the hard work of teachers, parents and the girls.
