FIREFIGHTERS and the ambulance service’s hazardous area response team were called to an incident in Stevenage.
A DERELICT building was hit by an arson attack in the early hours of yesterday (Sunday).
Firefighters were called to Letchmore Road in Stevenage at 3.52am, to reports of an empty building heavily smoke logged.
The ambulance service’s hazardous area response team was also called to the scene, but was not needed.
The fire took just over an hour to put out.
