Police removed a man from a packed commuter train at Stevenage Train Station this morning (Tuesday) after reports of violent behaviour by a passenger.
The driver of the 5.30am East Coast service from Leeds to London made an unscheduled stop in the town so officers from the British Transport Police and Herts Police could board the train.
A man was detained under the Mental Health Act and taken to hospital in Radlett, where he remains.
