The event, which was held in Hitchin Town Hall, saw 10 bouts of boxing, with North Herts Amateur Boxing Club taking to the ring.
The proceeds will be split between them and the Hitchin Christmas Lights Appeal.
Les Jefferies, who organised the event, said: “I want to say a big thank you to all who attended the show for their support.
“The night was a great success and I am very pleased that we have provided a great night of entertainment and also provided support to local causes. This will now be an annual event on the calendar for Hitchin.
“One person we do need to thank in big way is local GP Michael Slattery, who was dragged out at the last moment to provide support for the boxers after the doctor who was appointed for the show did not turn up. From all of us, many thanks.”
