A MAN has been fined after breaking his ASBO three months after the anti-social behaviour order was made.
John Seabrook, of Campers Avenue in Letchworth GC, pleaded guilty to being in possession of alcohol in the town on September 28, which he was forbidden from doing so under an ASBO made in June.
The 56-year-old was fined �100 and ordered to pay court costs of �85 and a victim surcharge of �15.
