If you’ve ever marvelled at the miracle of flight and envied birds their mastery of the skies, find out more when the Hitchin & Letchworth branch of bird protection charity the RSPB hosts a talk by photographer Chris Ward on Friday.
His Feathers & Flight presentation will use some stunning images to look at bird feathers, their purpose, variation and modification for flight.
The meeting is at The Settlement in Nevells Road, Letchworth from 7.30pm, visitors pay £2.50.
