They might use oil, pastels, charcoal or watercolours – but one thing all the members of Hinxworth Art Society also use is creative passion, and you can see the fruits of their labours this weekend.
The society’s annual exhibition will be held from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday at Hinxworth & Edworth Village Hall in the village’s Francis Road.
It won’t cost a penny to stroll in and admire the work on show, and many pieces will be for sale.
Organisers promise refreshments and a raffle, and car parking available at the rear of the hall.
The group has been running since 2002, and meets every Wednesday morning.
