The group continued their programme on Thursday, when Sally Petrie brought all up to date on developments. She also introduced Marion Watts the area communicating specialist who helps carers and cared for communicate with one another. Not just with speech, but in using techniques and other approaches to stimulate memories and actions and ease difficult interaction and communication. Adventures in Awkwardness: This five week Wednesday evening course starts on May 3 at 8pm in the Meeting Room of St Michael and All Angels' Church. The course is open to all and will discuss universal issues and linking them to stories from the Gospels as well as giving the opportunity to share questions of your own.
