IT WAS a case of hair today gone tomorrow.
Three plucky males went under the clippers at the ASDA store in Biggleswade on Saturday as part of the final event for Tickled Pink to raise money for the charity involved in raising awareness for breast cancer.
It was originally the intention of store greeter Jan Rollinson to have her head shaved after getting sponsorship of almost £1,000 when she herself was diagnosed with breast cancer and was advised against having her hair shaved off due to the treatment she would be going through.
Instead, she recruited three volunteers - husband Steve, known locally as Rolly, and sons Liam and Karl - to have their heads shaved so she could still collect her sponsorship money.
The shaving was carried out by Suzie from Sir-Vanna's hairdressers in Biggleswade.
