A RESTAURANT which has been closed for more than a week after a fire will reopen tomorrow (Friday).
Owner of The Bombay in Stevenage High Street, Dhabir Ahmed, said he has lost more than £16,000 in business while they have been closed.
The fire started in the garage on Monday last week and while the restaurant and kitchen were not damaged the premises were left without gas - as the gas mains were based in the garage.
Mr Ahmed said: "It has been really hectic but we will be up and running on Friday.
