I read with interest your piece on shopping trolleys, A Trolley Good Idea - The Comet March 16). I agree with Claire Fielder, Sainsbury store manager in Hitchin, when she says that trolleys going missing are not such a big problem as they once were. Sainsbury's have done a great deal to stop this. However, I feel I must point out there were some Sainsbury trolleys in the river behind the store last time I was there. It is these trolleys that are an eyesore.
