I try to be a safe driver and stick within the 30mph limit and I have been hooted at, overtaken, and had rude hand gestures made at me and once was almost forced off the road.
We live near a school and we often watch young mothers doing 35-40mph, but they would be the first to complain if someone knocked their child down.
We get the boy racers round our estate, white van men and some taxi drivers who break the 30mph limit.
Sorry Sheila, a nice idea but I cannot see it working, as it would only cause even more frustration to the drivers who wear lead boots.
