The Comet ran the story of my success at Employment Tribunal on January 26 this year. You correctly reported that the legal settlement was to include an apology from Steve Jarvis, as well as the £20,000 award.
This two line apology has finally arrived after two months and several requests. Unfortunately, it completely misses the point. I wonder whether Mr Jarvis has even bothered to read the Tribunal Judgement. The School's failure to recognise the skills and professionalism of a chartered librarian is the tribunal's main criticism. Mr Jarvis obviously did not get the message.
