HE - or she, as it may be a woman - seems to have struck again.
I left my full-to-the-brim plastic recycling boxes out last week waiting for them to be emptied by the council, but when I returned home from work they had gone.
I think I am being targeted by a black market plastic box gang who are stealing them and then are either trying to sell them back to NHDC, or other councils, at discount prices or they simply have a thing for plastic, used bottles and old copies of The Guardian.
I shall collar them one day!
