SIR - Residents' rights? Having just spent a Sunday listening to the loud music of my next door neighbour. I wonder whatever happened to an Englishman's home is his castle? The council provide you with a log whereby you can keep a record of incidents - again this is not a lot of help when your day off work is spoilt. Someone, somewhere is failing in their care of duty for residents who have lived peacefully in a road for many years. What has happened to our wellbeing or do we simply not count?
