SIR - I read with surprise and shock (Comet, March 20) that we in Stevenage are going to be put through another sleepless night just like last year.
I am talking about the 18-hour Knebworth concert due on July 5.
Last year, even with our bedroom windows closed we could still hear the thump, thump of the noise - I cannot call it music.
I have to work every weekend, so trying to work the next day without sleep was difficult to say the least.
What a shame we in Stevenage and the surrounding areas have to put up with this, don't we have enough noise with the low flying planes going over day and night?
We are fast becoming one of the noisiest places in Hertfordshire to live.
