Everyone wants to live in a neighbourhood that’s pleasant, clean and safe - and North Hertfordshire Homes can help.

The North Hertfordshire Homes Tenant Forum has an annual budget of £300,000 to spend on neighbourhood improvements. The number of schemes carried out each year depends upon the cost of the schemes chosen and in the last year 14 were agreed - all of them are nominated by tenants.

The reasons for an improvement suggestion could include smartening up an area; to improve parking or to reduce anti-social behaviour.

If you know an area of land or a communal space belonging to North Hertfordshire Homes that may need some special attention, call North Hertfordshire Homes’ Neighbourhood Development Officer, Nicola Pearson.
