Schools could learn from short, sharp, shock (Perspective March 1). What utter drivel from your reporter. I am in my late 20's and this sort of caning and punishment did not exist in any of the schools I know of. The sort of punishment described by your reporter was more what went on in our parent's day and age and most of the readership will know this. I cannot believe this was allowed to be published.
The only thing I can agree with is that the discipline has been lost in schools nowadays
