THERE was Monday morning misery again for motorists commuting along the A1 (M) with slow moving traffic between junctions 8 and 7 southbound at Stevenage. Further south on the motorway there was also heavy traffic at junctions 5 and 4 with one lane closed and speed restrictions in the Hatfield Tunnel leading to junction 3 for St Albans.
