The increase in vandalism in the Hollow Lane area is of real concern to the local residents and it seems to us that the council and police are not taking it seriously enough. Residents are entitled to ask whether we are getting value for money. I assume we will receive the same old excuses. The real blame should lay in poor local management in making sure the sub-contactors are doing their job properly.
