POLICE have warned that ice is causing dangerous driving conditions and queuing traffic on the A600 Bedford Road at Lower Stondon both ways between the A6001 Hitchin Road and A503 Fishponds Road and The A507 Shefford eastbound between Hitchin Road and the A1 (M) at junction 10.
During rush hour this morning there was slow moving traffic northbound on the A1 (M) at Stevenage and the A602 in Stevenage at the junction with the motorway.
Hazardous driving conditions are also reported on the A505 in Vauxhall Way, Luton between the A5228 Hitchin Road and the B655 Pirton Road.
