SIR - First of all, my apologies to the very few caring, conscientious dog owners of Bandley Hill. Now to the nitty gritty, on a 20-yard patch of grass near the Hyde shops, I saw 10 or 12 deposits.
On ringing the dog warden, I was extremely pleased that, after two hours he had erected dog warning notices, but alas, the health authorities let us both down. Even after calling in at the town centre, and also ringing them, I was surprised that nothing had been done to clear the area.

I look forward to your cooperation!
