Motorists are being warned to expect delays on the M11 this evening northbound between junction 7 with the A414 and junction 8 with the A120 where one lane is closed owing to a broken down vehicle.
On the M25 in Hertfordshire there are delays of up to 30 minutes anticlockwise between junction 23 with the A1 (M) and junction 18 at Chorley Wood because of very slow traffic.
