Motorists are being warned to expect delays at junction 7 of the A1 (M) in Stevenage this evening after an accident on the Novotel roundabout leading to the slip road to the motorway.

Two vehicles are involved and an ambulance is at the scene and both drivers are being treated at the roadside.

Motorists are advised to join the A 1(M) northbound at junction 8 at Coreys Mill until the vehicles are cleared.
