What a good idea! I thought on reading Stella Smith's solution to the new car parking payments in Stevenage.
So I did just as she suggested for the multi-storey car park and finished up unable to get out of the car park three hours later.
The voice over the intercom Help line said that I should not have paid on arrival, but only on departure. We were rescued, but it was very frustrating...it did seem a good idea.
