In response to your article dated July 13 about the Staffordshire dog with two broken legs. I would just like to say that I am disgusted with the attitude of the vets, that unless somebody is prepared to pay for the treatment of this poor animal they cannot do anything about its broken legs.
Well this absolutely stinks, these people call themselves animal lovers? Clearly only when there is a profit to be made.
As a dog owner, I am disgusted with the poor animal's owners, but the vets are no better, when they have the ability to help this dog but would much rather kill than save its life. This group should be ashamed of themselves.
