THE remnants of Hurricane Katia whipping across the Atlantic from North America put paid to this small tree in Hillshott, Letchworth GC.
A heavy gust of wind uprooted it this morning (Monday), forcing pedestrians to abandon the path and get round the obstacle by walking on the road.
