SIR - I am beginning to wonder whether the residents of Baldock understand what the bypass means.
After the expense of a bypass, residents now complain that no-one visits the town centre. To add to this North Herts District Council propose to waste money on a project for the town centre.
Baldock already has the best amenity, a superb Tesco, something that neither Letchworth nor Hitchin do have.
