I have always found them the kindest and best of people as the following example shows. I found a deer at the side of the road. Unable to check it out I called them for advice. To my surprise, they sent two staff members and their ambulance to check on the animal which, unfortunately, was dead. But they still picked it up and took it back to their clinic. I was very impressed by their willingness to help out and with no expectation of payment.
