SIR - I would like to make a comment regarding parking in public places within Comet country in places like leisure parks, retail parks, Tesco, Sainsbury's and many other places.
My argument is if I was to park in a disabled space without displaying a badge I would be clamped and fined, so why is it a different story for parent and toddler spaces. I have to drag two kids across car parks dodging cars while Mr and Mrs Lazy in their company car, park in a toddler space with no kids because they cannot be bothered to walk. Why is this? Why cannot toddler spaces have the same rule as that of disabled spaces. They are specifically their for parents and kids not lazy impatient people on the quick. So why cannot these overpaid councillors put pen to paper and do something worthwhile for a change?
